The webinar co-hosted by SEN Pharma and Factorytalk on July 9th, 2023, attracted nearly 50 attendees from 28 organizations in Vietnam, mostly pharmaceutical plants.
The speakers are industry experts from FactoryTalk, which has more than 18 years of experience in MES, EBR, eQMS, and CSV for GxP activities in the pharmaceutical industry. These experts include:

- Ms. Manuh Pitasari – Products and sales managers
- Ms. Chompunut Apinan – Operation manager
- Mr. Douglas John Isles – Compliance consultant
During almost four hours, the speaker delivered all important parts of CSV from overview to in-depth, as well as examples of Electronic Batch Records and Electronic Quality Management System to help listeners understand how the software works, to ensure Data Integrity.
The webinar has also received positive feedback from attendees, ranging from excellent presentations to smooth translations. As a result, the webinar provides the attendees with practical knowledge in order to support Vietnam pharmaceutical manufacturers in their goals of quality improvement, new technology, and international integration.
