Following the acquisition of 49% of the shares in 2015, ZERIA Pharmaceutical Corporation (Japan) increased its stake to 77.89% the following year. F.T.PHARMA began building the EU-GMP standard facility in Long Hau Industrial Park (Long An province) in June 2022, with a $35 million investment.

Pharmaceutical Enterprise 3/2 was the original name of Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company 3/2 (F.T.PHARMA), which was founded in 1976. F.T.PHARMA has built a reputation in the industry by manufacturing and distributing medicines, medicinal materials, functional foods, and other health-related products for over 44 years. The company has a large network of Branch Offices across the country, as well as Representative Offices in Singapore and Myanmar

F.T.PHARMA has 300 registration numbers across three product groups: aseptic drugs, sterile drugs, and non-sterile drugs. Not only does F.T.PHARMA offer a diverse range of high-quality products to its customers, but it also establishes competitive pricing policies, distribution, and appealing sales strategies for partners. F.T.PHARMA has successfully produced many prominent products such as Efticol 0.9% eye drops, Tragutan F soft capsules, Colchicine-Galien tablets, Metrima vaginal tablets, and more.

In June 2022, F.T.PHARMA commenced the construction of the EU-GMP standard facility in Long Hau Industrial Park (Long An province) with a $35 million investment. This is a key project within the long-term development plan of F.T.PHARMA and Zeria Corporation, aimed at maximizing their strengths to provide high-quality pharmaceutical products to the Vietnamese.
