Academic Journey and Career of Lecturer Le Trung Hau
Mr. Hậu’s academic journey began in 2001 when he decided to pursue a degree in Pharmacy at Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy. Upon completing his pharmacy degree in 2006, driven by his passion for analytical, he chose the QC-RD field to develop his career.
STADA Vietnam Joint Stock Company (currently Stellapharm Joint Stock Company), the first pharmaceutical company in Vietnam to achieve EU-GMP certification, marked a significant milestone in Mr. Hậu’s career in QC-RD. Just two years after graduating and joining STADA Vietnam, he became the Head of QC-RD, managing over 20 employees. For six consecutive years, he received commendations from the company for his significant contributions. At STADA Vietnam, he received training and collaborated with leading experts from India, Germany, France, and other countries, providing him with a comprehensive and multifaceted understanding of analytical method development. He continued his academic pursuits and completed a specialized pharmacy program from 2009 to 2013.
After leaving STADA Vietnam, Mr. Hậu continued as the Head of QC-RD at the Asia R&D Center of VIRBAC VIETNAM LTD, a global veterinary company ranked 7th worldwide with headquarters in France and operations in over 100 countries. There, he collaborated with Formulation Development to propose new drug products and optimize formulations, ensuring that the analytical development department adhered to EU-GMP standards.
In 2020, he joined FREMED as the Head of QC-RD. With over 10 years of management experience and in-depth knowledge, he has made significant contributions to the preparation for upgrading the quality system to EU-GMP standards at FREMED.
Mr. Hau’s journey is a testament to the fact that passion and dedication lead to success. He is not only continuously improving his knowledge and skills but is also an excellent manager, a mentor, and a passionate teacher who always encourages and develops his team, helping them achieve optimal results.
